Solo Traveler
First of all, I must commend most of the staff for always being friendly and having a smile on their faces. That being said, it's unfortunate that the hotel is not being properly maintained. The toilet clogged up 4 times during 8 days. The phones in the room did not work properly and had so much static, one could not hear the person on the other end. The internet service was a disaster, it hardly ever worked and when it did, you were sure to get disconnected. I called the internet help desk so many times, I knew them all by their first names. The 2 computers there did not work properly either, they were at least 6 years old and looked like they had not been dusted since they were installed. ...read more

The overall experience was great. It was clean and bright with plenty of community space. The coffee in the room was good and the shower was very nice. Didn't have the breakfast, but the dining area was spacious. Excellent for family travel. ...read more

Cannot say enough about the service and quality of this hotel. When we got there we asked for extra towels at the front desk and they were given to us without question.
